If you’re running for office, you need a constant pulse on how your voters feel about you and major issues. What better way to gauge that than by having a trained professional call and ask them a few questions? That’s where survey calls come in.
Should You Use Live or Automated Calls?
There are two types of survey calls: automated and live.
An automated survey call is a recording on the end of the line asking the recipient a few questions that can be answered verbally or by pressing different numbers on their phone. For example, “How likely are you to vote for candidate X today? Press one for likely, two for somewhat likely, three for somewhat not likely, or four for not likely.”
